Overview
As a HR and Systems Specialist , you will be responsible for understanding and reviewing the HR function of our clients and their related business processes (current operating model) leading to the implementation of enhanced ways of working (future operating model) including the re-engineering of their processes and scoping and implementing HR related solutions. - Assist in preparing Housing, Schooling, and home leave allowances, with required documentation.
- Ensure compliance and updates to government portals and internal HR systems.
- Execute and administer activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrollments, status changes, and terminations.
- Process local language and/or bilingual documents as required.
- Renew certificates and documents for portals such as Muqeem, QIWA, Chamber of Commerce, Seha, etc.
- Research and respond to operational items related to benefit programs and procedures raised by employees, HR, or vendors.
- HR Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 6 years HR experience, preferably in an international matrix environment within the Middle East
- Experience as a junior HR business partner or HR Generalist with leadership skills and experience working with multi-functional teams
- Deep experience in managing HR operational activities
- Proven ability to influence senior management decisions
- Business and analytical acumen with problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Data literacy and ability to frame insights from complex data
- Proven track record in developing employees and managers
- Ability to adapt across cultures, work styles, and matrix partners
- Experience working effectively in a matrix, cross-functional, and team environment
- Experience using change management strategies to influence new ways of thinking and working
- Strong analytical abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to network with stakeholders across the organization
- Experience coordinating and supporting projects
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English communication, including clear presentations
