SEA is looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia!

In this role, you will coordinate and support the Development of AlUla's County's District Infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the District Infrastructure Program made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction, and handover process.
• Manage Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity.
• Coordinate consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively.
• Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams.
• Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
• Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed.

As the Project Manager – Design (Infrastructure), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. 5. Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by the consultants in accordance with their Contract and district and sub-district program requirements and timelines.

5. Must have a minimum of 10-years project management and design experience, specifically in managing the design and implementation of transportation engineering projects.
6. The preferred candidate will have management experience in the design and implementation of infrastructure project(s) comprising of various disciplines; but not limited to, geometric, traffic engineering and pavement.
7. Geotechnical design would be an advantage.
8. Hydrology design would be an advantage.
9. Experience in design, detailed reviews, documentation, specifications, project management and staff coordination are necessary.

11. Proficiency in using engineering design software and related tools, as necessary.
