dynamic and well-connected Enterprise Sales Manager
with extensive experience and relationships in the
KSA healthcare market
to drive business growth and customer acquisition from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting
    hospitals, healthcare groups, and government entities
    .
  • Engage with decision-makers to introduce innovative
    digital healthcare and IT transformation solutions
    .
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal preparation to deal negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Well-versed in customer procurement workflows, including RFQ preparation, online tender submissions, and compliance documentation through KSA healthcare and government portals

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of enterprise sales experience
    in the
    Saudi healthcare sector
    .
  • Strong existing network with
    major hospitals, clinics, and health authorities
    in KSA.
  • Deep understanding of
    KSA healthcare regulations, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks
    .
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in
    Sales, Healthcare Management, or Technology Management
    is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in
    Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

About the Team

This role will be part of the Public Sector Sales team at Nutanix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The team is characterized by a strong focus on exceeding expectations and fostering a supportive culture that emphasizes respect and a growth mindset. The mission of the team is to engage deeply with customers across the health sector and oil and gas industries, driving innovative solutions and establishing meaningful relationships to support the unique needs of these sectors.

You will report to the Public Sector Sales Leader, who is known for treating team members with respect while maintaining high expectations for performance. They foster a collaborative environment where transparency regarding quotas and performance is encouraged.

Your Role

  • Engage and manage the key accounts in the healthcare sectors throughout Saudi Arabia.
  • Achieve defined sales quotas and maintain accurate forecasting and sales funnel management.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to the large strategic / Key acounts in the region.
  • Possess an attitude towards understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape.
  • Work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Use SFDC strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Articulate the Nutanix value proposition, features, product messages and positioning.
  • Foster a growth mindset and actively seek new customer opportunities while supporting the retention of existing accounts.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the health sector.
  • Outside software sales, quota carrying, hunting, and successful closing skills.
  • Experience meeting individually with C-Level decision-makers
  • A track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.
  • Keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Highly organized, with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role.

  • Review the Positive Laboratory Culture Reports and online Disease Reports initiated by physicians from all departments daily
  • Enter newly identified communicable disease cases into the MOH Health electronic surveillance network HESN
  • assist with the implementation of disease prevention surveillance and control strategies to control preventable diseases at the Companys facilities following MOH Public health guidelines
  • Identify and report changing health requirements for international travel and assist with drafting instructions about necessary and recommended immunizations
  • Monitor global epidemic trends and guidelines changes by reviewing WHO CDC Weqayah Weekly Epidemiological Records
  • Coordinate logistics for company facilities inspection to ensure compliance with public health regulations in case of communicable disease outbreaks
  • Prepare and complete MOH mandatory reports which includes but is not limited to Notifiable Disease and Immunization Reports in a timely manner
Minimum Education Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related health sciences

Professional Certifications Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in Public Health
