Manage and Execute all The Operations Admin Work.

**Accountabilities**

**Pharmacies Data**
- Managing Pharmacies Data Application through extracting periodical reports, following up with GMs and Brach manager the regular data update to Ensure Data integrity across All Systems.

- Process the Monthly Overtime Payment through preparation and approval of the final Payment sheet and submitting it to payroll and Handle all clarification to ensure accurate and on time payment to all store staff.
- Process Outsource Companies Salaries Payment on monthly basis (Security/ Labors) through review and approval on final sheets before submitting to NTI & Finance to ensure accurate and on time payment.

**Cross Functional Alignment**:

- Participate with Comp. & Ben., Commercial Department and other stakeholders in the development of the incentive scheme on annual basis through testing and simulating the proposals and aligning GMs and Organizing Workshop to ensure optimum and Effective incentive scheme.
- Participate in Employee Clearance Cycle through Calculating Incentive Payments and submitting the request to HR to complete the process that is to ensure accurate calculation of the incentive to be payed to resigned employees.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

Quality Improvement (QI) Advisors will work closely with the FHN technical director to deliver quality TA to the target provinces to strengthen the quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) systems and process resulting in improved outcome and experience of care. Based in assigned districts within the FHN provinces, the QI Advisor will work MOH counterparts to reinvigorate and maintain a robust QA/QI system using established MOH processes.

Responsibilities
  • Foster and establish productive working relationship with MOH colleagues
  • Provide TA to provincial and district structures to strengthen QA/QI systems including performance assessments, service quality assessment, and technical supportive supervision.
  • Support identification and documentation of root causes for poor performance of high impact interventionsthrough provincial and district QA/QI committees
  • Lead FHN’s QA/QI TA in assigned province guiding planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementing activities under medium-term expenditure framework (MTEF) and/or RMNCAH&N CoC program.
  • Support PHOs and DHOs to develop QI projectsat provincial, district and facility level
  • Work closely with district capacity strengthening officers to implement QA/QI capacity strengthening at district level structures.

  • Lead the analysis of available data to identify key trends/causes of NCRs and Service Qualities, and the root cause(s) of those key causes.
  • Perform analysis of runlife performance of installed ESP systems to identify key trends and causes, at various organizational level.
  • Lead the analysis of the yield, process variance and measurements done across overall manufacturing process, to identify key processes that require improvements.
  • Provide input and recommendation on how to add/update/upgrade business systems to enable incorporating various data analysis as part of routine operation.
  • As Subject Matter Expert (SME), train the organization on applicable topics related to root cause analysis, statistical quality tool, reliability engineering and data analysis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role, with 2 years of practical experience in data analytics and/or reliability engineering and/or statistical quality tools.
  • Practical experience in using Minitab and/or Reliasoft suite-of-software (or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge in cloud computing.
  • Basic knowledge in development and use of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in Aerospace, Automotive or Electronics industry.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor (or higher) degree in any Science/Engineering discipline; Master (or higher) degree preferred.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification highly preferable.
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferable.
  • Certified auditor certification preferable.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferable.
  • Familiarity with API Q1 Quality Management Standards.

Overview

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving quality at scale? Gathern is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function and ensure the delivery of high-quality products across our platforms. In this role, you'll shape the quality strategy, manage a team of skilled QA engineers, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.

As a key leader in the tech organization, you will be responsible for enhancing our QA processes, defining KPIs, and championing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure effective execution of testing strategies and delivery of high-quality software
  • Develop and implement scalable QA policies, processes, and standards aligned with business and product goals
  • Drive quality initiatives across squads, focusing on early bug detection, automation, and CI/CD improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure QA involvement across all SDLC phases - from requirements to release
  • Define and track QA and quality KPIs, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Establish QA OKRs and lead strategic initiatives to reduce bugs and optimize product stability
  • Optimize test planning, regression coverage, and release readiness, ensuring minimal production incidents
  • Manage team performance, training, and career development, promoting a high-performing and collaborative culture
  • Own the QA roadmap and contribute to engineering leadership strategy and long-term goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven experience managing QA in agile environments across web, backend, and mobile platforms
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, CI/CD, and modern quality engineering practices
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Experience in building and scaling QA teams, processes, and automation frameworks
  • Solid understanding of QA metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools
  • Fluency in Arabic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in shift-left testing and risk-based testing approaches
  • Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, test management tools, and observability platforms like Sentry or Datadog
  • ISTQB Advanced Certification or equivalent
  • Experience working in product-led, high-scale tech environments
