We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to lead a comprehensive healthcare facilities management initiative over a 1-year engagement . The role requires 12+ years of experience in facility management, specifically within the healthcare sector , with a deep understanding of maintenance contracts, infrastructure assessment, and policy development. The selected candidate will oversee the development of standardized facility management policies, analyze maintenance contracts across a large network, and support infrastructure and asset evaluations across 20 healthcare clusters .
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in facility management, with a strong focus on healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical, financial, and legal assessments of healthcare facility maintenance contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract standardization, operations and maintenance (O&M), and medical maintenance best practices.
- Proven track record in preparing benchmarking studies, contract models, and operational performance criteria.
- Experience conducting facility and infrastructure assessments across multiple healthcare sites or clusters.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex datasets and site analyses.
- Develop a unified policies and procedures manual for healthcare facility management.
- Conduct technical, financial, and legal analysis of approximately 500 maintenance contracts.
- Prepare benchmarking studies and evaluate best practices against approved standards and contract models.
- Design and standardize contract templates for various healthcare facilities (operations, maintenance, medical equipment).
- Define operational performance criteria for different types of maintenance and O&M contracts.
- Create tools and templates for data collection across healthcare facilities and infrastructure assets.
- Lead on-site data collection and analysis for 20 healthcare clusters, focusing on assets, facility conditions, and infrastructure status.
- Produce detailed gap analysis and current-state reports to guide decision-making and facility improvement strategies.

- التنسيق مع الاقسام الاخرى لطلب المواد الازمه، صيانة، .الخ.
- التأكد من التزام عمال وفنيي التعبئة والتغليف بتطبيق متطلبات ومعايير JFDA/ISO/GMP.
- التأكد من اجراء الصيانة للماكينات والمعدات المستخدمة لضمان كفاءة عملها.
- التأكد من ان الماكينات والمعدات المستخدمة في عمليات التعبئة قد تم تعقيمها وتنظيفها.
- تأدية أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها من قبل المسؤولين ولها علاقة بسير العمل.

Job Description
- Degreed engineers. All on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment, able to be performed at customer site. Includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics. Able to make Engineering decisions.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Services & Field Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
