**Job Description**:
To keep health and safety security measures up to standard, to maintain all fire & safety equipment's in the hotel as well as helping in the fire training for the hotel staff.
Responsible for all safety checks & inspections as per local regulations, MH&R standard and NFPA.
SCOPE
- Keep all fire fighting equipment in excellent conditions as per its manuals
- Cooperate with the colleagues in /out the department to reach guest satisfaction.
- Preparing the hotel staff fire, health and safety training program.
- In charge of repairing and maintaining all low fire detection and firefighting system.
- Preparing the yearly safety inspection/maintenance plan of all the hotel safety systems.
- Normal staff and intervention team fire training.
- Orientation and safety training for new comers.
- Periodical inspection for all working areas for preventive measures.
- Inspection of work accidents and diseases and preparation of reports explaining the reasons and the required precautions to avoid them.
- Statistics of major work accidents and professional diseases to send them yearly to the ministry of Man Power and Training.

- To report any misuse that might lead to accidents or extra cost in the daily Industrial Security Logbook.
- To secure all dangerous process like welding, demolishing, constructions, unloading of heavy loads and discharging of fuel and gas tankers.

- Periodical checking of safety measures for boilers, ovens, kitchen and gas pipes with the concerned personnel.

The Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of occupational health, safety, and compliance at our ethanol production facility in Medina, New York. This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. The Health & Safety Manager will be the primary point of contact for related regulatory agencies and will oversee the facility's Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Safety Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive written safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, DEC).

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Leads full-time, part-time, and collateral duty project and program SH&E specialists in implementing work plans and the company's risk management practices.
+ Represents the business unit SH&E director on project or program worksites.
+ Advises and assists project manager, program manager and/or other project and program personnel in conforming to Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system and Parsons' policies and procedures.
+ Develops site-specific work plans, SH&E compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans fully conforming to relevant SH&E regulations, Parsons' ESHARP management system, and client requirements.
+ Collaborates with project and program managers to evaluate (sub)contractors' SH&E performance, planning, and culture to be consistent with the company's risk management practices and core values.
+ Audits projects and programs and their worksites against corporate standards; creates and submits written audit reports.
+ Inspects worksites to detect hazards and provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards; creates and submits written inspection reports.
+ Implements Parsons' occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
+ Initiates and conducts thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses using defensible protocols.
+ Collaborates with project or program managers, craft workers, and other project or program personnel to identify effective corrective actions; creates and submits comprehensive investigation reports and lessons learned.
+ Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; creates and submits regular analysis reports.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Minimum 10 years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience
+ Extensive knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
+ Advanced knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA)
+ Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
+ Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity
