- Follow up on all customer requests such as but not limited to admission, medication, lab, radiology, etc.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, our company network of hospitals, products and services so that customers are provided accurate information on it’s provider and proceed general queries with confidence at all times

3. Providers' compliance
- Ensure that the hospital is compliant with the agreed upon standards of service with our company and that they always deliver such standards to the members.
- Ensure that the hospital is utilizing the swipe card and fingerprint machines in addition to the website and any of the technical services linked to our company.
- Play a support role for the hospital staff and enable coaching and training on BUPA services to the hospital staff
4. Complaints management
- Solve the customer complaints without the need of further escalations
- Ensure the proper follow up of the recovery plan
- Ensure that the complaints are entered into the complaints system tracker so as to take preventive actions
5. Relationship building
- To establish excellent relationships with the providers insurance directors
- To conduct regular visits to the frontliners at the point of service & to listen to their concerns and feedback
- To co-ordinate with provider relation on a recognition mechanism for the providers
- To ensure that the image of the providers in front of the customers is strengthened giving further boost to the partnership framework
6. Professional appearance and commitment
- To ensure the office, customer area and their personal appearance is at the highest level of cleanliness, order and professional look.

- Measure sites’ performance against published requirements in safety policies. For all deficiencies, identify a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficiencies.
- Deliver on-time and quality projects to Operations.
- Analyze safety metrics and review incident Daily, weekly and monthly incident trends to discover trends to rationalize the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest.
- Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury at other DS.
- Audit record-keeping practices and Global Safety Database (Gensuite) entries to be aligned with global safety standards and local regulations.
- Audit the workplace organization and Associate behaviors to ensure that training, auditing and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.
- Spend time at the Delivery stations and seek input from Safety teams, Associates and leaders on safety program improvement opportunities. Ensure open communication on status of progress and resolution against these suggestions.
Ensure site leadership and Associates are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities under each policy. Audit the quality, delivery (including qualifications of the trainer), and effectiveness of all required safety training.
- Distribution Center or Manufacturing Safety experience with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 people preferred.
- Experience in a fast paced, changing/growing organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort collaborating with site leaders.

Under the direction of a safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) manager or director, the Senior Health & Safety Coordinator assists in ensuring that the site-specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks being conducted conform to Parsons' risk management practices and comply with the prevailing regulatory and client SH&E requirements.
Reports by dotted line to a project Delivery Manager or Program Director and reports directly to the Parsons corporate SH&E functional group through a project HSE project manager or program ESH Director. The incumbent must exercise good interpersonal and technical skills while becoming familiar with required client procedures and standards.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assists the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.
+ Audits the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
+ Inspects worksites to detect hazard; provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards.
+ Creates and submits written audit and inspection reports.
+ Monitors project or program work planning and performance; verifies planning and work performance conforms to Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
