JOB PURPOSE:
- Assist the leadership team translate Jayasom's Health & Wellness strategy into actionable programs and activities throughout the resort.
- Carry out thorough individual and group consultations with guests to gain a clear understanding of their current health status, lifestyle, comfortable zones as well as their personal health and wellness goals and expectations.
- Develop and craft effective, personalised wellness programs for the guests
- Use the right coaching methods, support and encouragement to ensure guests are motivated and committed to successfully and sustainably reach their health and wellness goals.
- Ambassador of the company's wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain effective communication with all departments of the resort to ensure a smooth and outstanding service for all guests.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, corporate office.
- Promote a friendly, dynamic and collaborative work environment that includes open communication, team work, participation, trust, respect, professionalism and fun.
- Have a complete understanding of own role, responsibilities and company expectations.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, employee guidelines and service standards.
- Educate resort employees on programs and treatments available at the resort.
- Deliver and participate in meetings as required, facilitate seminars and training to internal and external guests.
- Proactively participate in people and community relations activities and programs available at the property.
- Guardian angel: main point of contact for visiting guests – prior, during and post stay.
- Conduct before and post-stay (online) Wellness consultations / follow ups with guests.
- Connect with team and guests to develop professional relationships that foster trust, confidence, harmony and loyalty.
- Prepare intake forms prior to the wellness consultation, ensure the data collected is complete including the guests' history, current status, contraindications, therapies options, special recommendations and potential health concerns.
- Ensure the consultation room is clean and orderly, with the necessary materials and equipment ready to welcome guests at any time.
- Carry out individual and group consultations with guests to intake information on their current health and lifestyle, understand their goals.
- Craft individualized wellness programs based on the guests' health history, current status and personal goals.
- When applicable, guide guests on appropriate diet strategy and meal plan.
- Ensure program inclusions, a la carte treatments and prices are communicated and agreed on with guest in a timely manner.
- Inspire guests to gain control over their health and lifestyle habits, select therapies or/and fitness plans that are appropriate for their needs and support achievable goals.
- As case manager, meet guests regularly, ensure they are motivated and satisfied, keep track of their progress, provide care and recommendations, adjust the program as required.
- Arrange supplements prescriptions/delivery, coordinate therapy planning, diet requirements and any other guest preference with other team members / departments in a timely manner, and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the team in charge of therapy scheduling to make sure therapies and schedule are appropriate and relevant.
- Evaluate and document clients' progress during their stay.
- Be available to address questions, comments, and/or concerns from guests as needed during their stay, including supplement recommendations for the sudden onset of minor acute medical conditions such as colds, influenzas, headaches, insomnia and jet lag.
- Remain empathetic but impartial: ensure the therapies and services are effective and the experiences exceed guests' expectations.
- Protect and promote guest's confidentiality, privacy and dignity.
- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the services provided at the resort, including promotional items, visiting consultants, facilities location and opening hours.
- Offer suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services to the management team.
- Partake in the resort educational program through Group activities (workshops, lectures or else)
- Carry out administrative duties such as completion of monthly reports, team training, etc.
- Keep updated with local and international therapy trends through internet, magazines and other applicable media.
- Participate in PR events as required
- Keep management and team updated on guests experience and feedback.
- When not booked with guests, be at the wellness center or in restaurants to assist with guests relations and care.
- Support the operations and help when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Health and Nutrition, or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a health & wellness resort
- Experience in assessing and evaluating guests' health and lifetysle, develop individualised wellness plans

Qualifications:
HSE Specialist (Generalist)

- Experience with SAWCOD approval processes preferred (or eligible with 5+ years HSE experience in Saudi Arabia).
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC strongly preferred.
- Must hold a valid residence visa (Iqama) with a safety-related profession (mandatory).
Sour Gas (H2S) Specialist
- 5+ years' HSE experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in H2S operations.
- Certified in GDS, Airloop system, and BA Apparatus maintenance.
- Must hold a valid residence visa (Iqama) (mandatory).
- Previous oil & gas site exposure essential.
- Rotation: 5 months on / 1 month off.
