Responsibilities

Role Scope:

The Head of IT leads CNTXT's corporate IT function, ensuring that all technology systems, infrastructure, security, and services support business operations and growth. This role is responsible for IT strategy, governance, operations, vendor management, cybersecurity, and the performance of the IT team. The position requires balancing day-to-day IT operations with long-term planning to maintain CNTXT's position as a cloud-native, SaaS-first organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement CNTXT's IT strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Develop IT governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance policies.
• Drive automation and optimization of CNTXT's SaaS portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and lifecycle management of hardware, software, and SaaS platforms.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Lead IT operations, ensuring reliability of systems, networks, and collaboration tools.
• Oversee service desk operations, ticketing systems, and SLAs to ensure high-quality IT support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account provisioning, hardware enablement, and access management.
• Supervise IT asset management, covering laptops, devices, licenses, WiFi, printers, and meeting room technologies.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Establish and lead CNTXT's IT security program, including identity and access management, endpoint protection, and incident response.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Certifications (preferred):
  ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Google Cloud, or other cloud-related certifications.
• Technical Knowledge:

Support the Head of IT in leading the enterprise's digital and IT agenda—executing strategy, governance, and architecture—and ensure the delivery of secure, resilient platforms, e-services, and data capabilities. Co-manage IT operations, cybersecurity, vendor and budget oversight, and team development to guarantee reliability, compliance, and continuous value delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT Strategy & Governance: Assist in shaping and enforcing IT and digital strategies, policies, standards, and operating models that align with organizational objectives, leveraging ITIL 4 practices for service excellence.
• Enable Digital Transformation: Collaborate on prioritizing digital initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and coordinating programs that enhance enterprise-wide digital experience.

• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments, database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB), and cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure).
