  1. Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional/technical consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients.
  2. Manage the cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  3. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.
  4. Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  5. Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them.
  6. Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
  7. Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
  8. Oversee conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  9. Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  10. Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  11. Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  12. Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
  13. Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  14. Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

Requirements:

  • HCM Cloud Fusion experience in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll.
  • Experience with Interface, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Management.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
  • Upgrade and implementation experience.
  • Prior experience leading HCM implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit, Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
