JOB PURPOSE:

Lincoln College International (LCI) is seeking a specialist trainer with expertise in electronics, embedded systems, PCB manufacturing, and automation, strongly emphasizing automated production lines and industrial control systems. This role is instrumental in delivering hands-on training in key technologies in defense electronics, industrial automation and advanced manufacturing. The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process. Good competency in English is mandatory. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Training & Course Delivery

· Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in a range of modules, including:

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Essential Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electronics manufacturing, embedded systems, PCB assembly or automation, ideally in a chemical manufacturing, explosives production or defense electronics environment.

· Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Automation Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example:
