Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in our ALMV practice based in Riyadh, you will lead strategic asset management initiatives for asset-intensive organizations across the Middle East. Your role involves managing high-impact projects that integrate financial, operational, and technical aspects of asset lifecycle management, mentoring teams, and building trusted client relationships. You will develop and implement asset management frameworks, advise C-level stakeholders, and oversee transformation programs to optimize asset performance and lifecycle costs in alignment with regulatory and strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale asset lifecycle transformation programs aligned with client strategies and regulations.
- Advise senior client stakeholders, translating operational challenges into effective asset management strategies.
- Design enterprise-wide asset management systems, including policies, governance, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop asset investment planning models, lifecycle cost strategies, and asset rationalization plans.
- Conduct maturity assessments and benchmarking using standards like ISO 55001 and EXPRO AFM.
- Implement digital asset management solutions (e.g., CMMS, EAM), ensuring system integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in reviewing business processes across planning, operations, and maintenance.
- Contribute thought leadership on emerging asset management trends and enhance PwC’s knowledge base.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a high-performance team environment.
- Support business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management activities.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience leading asset management consulting projects in the Middle East, especially in KSA.
- Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle frameworks, ISO 55001, and EXPRO AFM.
- Expertise in asset performance analytics, criticality assessments, and lifecycle financial modeling.
- Experience with digital transformation and asset management systems like CMMS/EAM.
- Strong stakeholder influence and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Based in Saudi Arabia, this Quantitative Active Equity Portfolio Manager will support global Investment Teams in the day to day efforts related to investment analysis.
The role will further include but not limited to day-to-day portfolio analysis, actively participate in trading discussions, evaluation of the risk and positioning of strategies, interaction with partners in Operations and supporting the distribution process.
The role reports to the Head of Quantitative Portfolio Management and works in concert with global teams and specialists to support the NTAM investment process.
The key responsibilities of the role include :
- Analyse day-to-day strategies / portfolios to meet client objectives within specified guidelines, regulatory frame-work and corporate policies.
- Communicates with internal Investment Teams as needed and makes recommendations on required changes by the business on more complex investment matters.
- Participate in projects of factor development, model design, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Analyze and produce reports on portfolio performance, risk characteristics, and holdings for quarterly (or otherwise) client meetings.
- Work with support partners in operations and middle office to resolve issues related to exceptions, accounting issues or data discrepancies to ensure portfolio information is accurate.
- Respond accurately and promptly to client / partner inquiries regarding performance of strategies / portfolios.
- Ensure risk and attribution reports are prepared as required.
- Assist Sales, Strategist, and other partners as needed with presentations and special projects.
- Collaborate with the Quant Analytics team to build and maintain portfolio tools used to analyse and research quant active investment strategies.
- Support and enhance our overall Quantitative investment process and platform.
