Job Description
Foreground is exclusively supporting a global events agency in recruiting a relationship-led, proposal-smart, and government-savvy Director of Public Sector Accounts , to lead key accounts and strategic engagement with ministries, authorities, and Vision 2030-linked entities.
This role is pivotal in managing the expectations, pace, and complexity of public-sector clients, delivering both large-scale and high-protocol events with precision, trust, and long-term partnership in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the agency and its Saudi government clients, managing expectations, contracts, and delivery assurance.
- Oversee RFP responses, commercial structuring, and strategic narrative development for public sector proposals.
- Lead delivery of ongoing and multi-year programs, ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and cultural excellence.
- Build long-term relationships with senior officials, protocol officers, and strategic public affairs stakeholders.
- Guide internal teams in adapting global creative and operational standards to public-sector realities in the Kingdom.
Ideal Profile
- 12+ years in public sector client management, government engagement, or large-scale delivery in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Giga-projects, national campaigns, and protocol-sensitive engagements.
- Arabic fluency essential; English fluency required.
- Strong emotional intelligence, political literacy, and executive presence.
