GIS Data Analyst (3-Month Contract – On-Site in Riyadh)

We’re looking for a GIS Data Analyst to support a leading Smart City program in Riyadh. This is an on-site, 3-month contract role (possibility of extension) focused on ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of spatial data across digital city platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing geospatial datasets, enforcing data quality standards, and enabling data-driven insights that shape the city’s planning, mobility, and infrastructure decisions.

• Manage and maintain spatial datasets in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online .
• Conduct data cleansing, profiling, and validation using ArcGIS Pro and related Esri tools.
• Define and implement spatial data quality rules and topology checks.
• Support analytical teams with maps, dashboards, and spatial visualizations .
• Automate validation and transformation workflows using Python, ArcPy, and ModelBuilder .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in GIS data analysis.
• Proficiency in Esri technologies (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise).
• Strong skills in Python, ArcPy, SQL , and geodatabase management.
• Knowledge of coordinate systems, topology, and spatial data standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Esri Certification (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop / Enterprise Geodata Management).
• Familiarity with digital twins , OGC standards , and smart city data platforms.

As the GIS Manager, you will lead our geospatial initiatives, oversee GIS projects, and manage a team of GIS professionals. • Develop and implement GIS strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and mentor a team of GIS professionals, fostering their growth and development
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of GIS databases and applications
