Overview

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the region—primarily through our partner ecosystem. Your role will involve working with and through Reseller, System Integrators and SAP. You’ll manage inbound leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales cycle—working with partners for closure. You’ll also help generate new leads, support partners in deal execution, and ensure alignment with our sales vision.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with a strong emphasis on partner-led growth.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, give presentations, and transfer matured opportunities to partners for closure.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software in the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving revenue in markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; proficient in English.
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and emerging tech solutions, with ability to translate tech into business value for Middle East enterprises.
  • Experience in regional sales roles, managing multiple markets and understanding local business cultures.
  • Hunter mentality with proactive lead generation and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with senior executives and C-suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across KSA and the GCC for face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams across time zones.
  • Experience with or exposure to government entities or highly regulated sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom) is a plus.
  • Location: Remote. Candidate must be based in Riyadh.
