The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager
to spearhead our growth in the Middle East container terminal industry. Based in one of the Gulf countries, you'll play a key role in shaping Hove's presence in the region - building strategy, developing partnerships, and opening doors to new opportunities.

This is not a "desk-only" role. You'll combine strategic sales with hands-on collaboration, joining our customers on-site to demonstrate solutions, train teams, and co-create value. Your focus will be on
technical sales in the Port Terminal segment
, with a strong emphasis on digital and IoT solutions.

You'll work closely with Hove's Commercial Team and report directly to the Head of BU Cranes, ensuring that customer needs, technical expertise, and business growth align seamlessly.
