The Role

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 7 years’ experience in material engineering, with at least 3 years in large-scale building or infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and testing procedures. • Previous Middle East/GCC experience preferred. • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Prior experience in site management, operations supervision, or similar leadership roles in a government contracting environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills for interaction with Government and contractor personnel.

Ability to quickly assume leadership and decision-making responsibilities when required.

The Assistant Site Manager is able to act on behalf of the site manager if the site manager is not available and is empowered to act on behalf of the prime contractor and to direct all sub-contractors.

Currently hold and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
