- Ensure that maintenance notifications in SAP are carried out correctly. Verify SAP notification on field and approved with basic data i.e. functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.
- Participate in pre-work visits with Maintenance and Contractors to identify risk activities.
- Ensure each work permit related documents are prepared and handed over to the team.
- Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds i.e. scope of works, prioritization of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).
- Participate in area daily meeting and share the maintenance plan with team to ensure all equipment’s are prepared for scheduled maintenance works (corrective and preventive).
- Participate in maintenance plan daily meetings with the Maintenance Leader and Planners to analyze daily notifications, and to contribute to the updating of the weekly maintenance schedule.
- Ensure equipment’s readiness for maintenance activity and after completion back to operations.
