Be responsible for developing the overarching information systems strategy, which will ensure the operational companies under the holding company are interlinked with the correct systems. A core focus should be on IT security. Assure coherent IT architecture, adequate software, and strong cybersecurity for the HoldCo and provide guidelines on the above for its subsidiaries.
- Information Technology:
- Design IT systems architecture
- Select adequate IT software for the HoldCo
- Lead digital transformation for the HoldCo
- Ensure proper archiving and documentation through the implementation of internal regulations

- Cybersecurity:
