We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the development, customization, and deployment of business applications built on a low-code/no-code .NET-based platform. The applications primarily include Resource/Asset Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Order Management, and Change Management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET, deep expertise in low-code/no-code development, and leadership skills to guide a team of developers. You will be responsible for solution design, platform customization, database management, code oversight, and deployment coordination.

• Platform & Solution Ownership: Serve as the primary technical expert on the low-code/no-code .NET platform. Design and architect solutions for business applications (Asset Management, ITSM, Order Management, Change Management). Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Maintain full awareness of the database structure, business logic, and integrations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of low-code/no-code developers. Define best practices, coding standards, and governance for platform development. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. Facilitate knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.
• Development & Customization: Oversee customization and configuration of the platform to meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (APIs, databases, third-party tools). Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform.
• Deployment & Release Management: Manage end-to-end deployment processes (development → testing → production). Coordinate with DevOps/IT teams for CI/CD pipelines and automation. Ensure smooth releases with minimal downtime.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Preparing and submitting reports on procurement activities and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

Experience:

8-12 years of experience in procurement, with experience in construction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Odoo, ERP systems like Oracle or SAP), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Other:

Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and experience in managing budgets and meeting financial targets.

• Attending site meetings and conducting technical inspections when necessary.

• Reviewing and responding to technical queries (RFIs) from the site.

• Supporting project execution by ensuring proper implementation of approved drawings and materials.

• Participating in quantity take-offs and verifying subcontractor invoices.

• Supporting the cost control team with electrical estimates and BOQ updates.

• Identifying value engineering opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining quality and compliance.

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensuring adherence to international electrical standards (NEC, IEC) and project specifications.
