Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst. Proven track record working with SAP modules FI, CO, and PS, and their integration with EAM, MM, SD, HCM, and third-party systems (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Mandatory SAP S/4HANA FI/CO certification (version 1909 or higher).

Yearly Salary Package: The range will be between 10,000 up to 16,000 SAR max

Job Description

This role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules along with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP systems, and supporting continuous digital transformation initiatives through automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in the Finance domain.
  • Develop functional design documents and specifications tailored to business needs.
  • Configure SAP FI, CO, PS modules and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and systems (e.g., MM, SD, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
  • Lead and execute various testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with technical teams, and ensure resolution aligns with business requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
