Responsibilities- CRM System Strategy & Configuration
- Design andmanageadvanced CRM architecture including custom objects, enterprise workflows, validation logic, role-based permissions and multi-region access controls to optimize the CRM for evolving enterprise processes and ensure a scalable and secure operational environment
- Data Governance & Integrity
- Define and enforce data standards, conduct regular audits of data quality, de-duplicate records, enrich using third-party tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit), and maintain system data to support accurate reporting, segmentation, account-based marketing, predictive modeling, and regulatory compliance
- Automation & Lead Lifecycle Optimization
- Build end-to-end automated workflows for lead capture, routing, deal creation, onboarding, and renewal triggers to reduce manual intervention, accelerate pipeline velocity, and ensure consistent, compliant workflows across teams
- Insightful Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, multi-touch attribution reports, funnel performance, and lifecycle velocity insights using Power BI, Tableau, or CRM-native tools to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue drivers, and strategic performance to senior stakeholders
- System Integration & Vendor Management
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM and ERP, marketing automation, customer success tools, billing systems, and support platforms; manage third-party vendors for support/upgrades
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT leadership to define CRM requirements, align on use cases, and coordinate implementation timelines to enable seamless workflows, avoid silos, and ensure CRM infrastructure drives business-case alignment across departments
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor CRM performance, collect user feedback, identify areas for process or system improvements, and lead enhancement projects to evolve CRM capabilities in line with business growth and ensure continued relevance and usability
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; CRM certifications mandatory
- Experience: 6–10 years in CRM administration or operations, preferably with Zoho CRM
- Proficient in CRM configuration, custom objects, system integrations, validation rules, role-based security, and workflow automation
- Expert in data modeling, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), dashboard creation, data enrichment, and CRM-based analytics
- Experience with integration to ERP, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), customer success platforms, data enrichment tools, and business intelligence
- Proven capability to mentor junior admins, document governance frameworks, and drive user adoption at scale
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and local data protection laws; experience conducting compliance reviews
