Overview
K2 Integrity is expanding its forensic accounting group and is looking for a junior forensic accountant who will support handling new and existing assignments as well as help prepare enterprise-wide growth projections. Candidate will take an active role in assisting the investigations team in various litigation support and investigative accounting settings.
Responsibilities- Support the preparation of forensic accounting reports.
- Assist in analyzing financial and business records.
- Help with internal controls and fraud risk assessments.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions as a supporting member.
- Assist in managing client expectations and deliverables under supervision.
- Candidate may have to travel within Saudi Arabia, as needed, for assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in areas such as: accounting and auditing, financial fraud investigations, litigation support, US FCPA, Saudi Anti Bribery Law, UK Bribery Act, investigations, and internal controls/fraud risk assessments, including experience in the construction auditing arena preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and forensic accounting principals.
- Experience with project management information systems such as TUC, Procore, Unifier, and MS SharePoint.
- Individual must be self-motivated and possess strong technical, analytical, and communications skills (both verbal and writing), combined with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should have experience drafting written reports and presenting them to clients and large groups.
- Arabic-English bilingual capabilities are strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Polished and professional at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment maintaining high work quality.
- Highly proficient in computer skills, including advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
- CPA (or SOCPA) preferred.
- CFE preferred.
This role is onsite in Saudi Arabia.
