To lead the development and execution of highly granular, accurate demand forecasts and revenue budgets that guide strategic and tactical decisions across multiple entertainment complexes. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep analytical skills, and effective collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Functional Accountabilities:
Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Develop and maintain daily-level demand forecasts at complex, attraction, customer segment, and sales channel level.
- Deliver monthly rolling forecasts for: Visits , Attraction ticket revenues , Total revenues (incl. F&B, retail, and other revenue streams)
- Track forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions based on performance vs. budget.
- Lead the annual and periodic budgeting process in collaboration with Finance, breaking down revenue targets by site, channel, and segments.
- Maintain and enhance advanced Excel forecasting templates using complex logic and formulas.
Performance Analysis & Revenue Insight:
- Monitor and analyze actual performance vs. forecast to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making on pricing, inventory management, and promotional strategies.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to assess channel and campaign impact on forecasted demand.
- Support the pricing team with decision making on key pricing initiatives to maximize revenues
- Assess in Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial teams (Marketing, Sales, Loyalty) to align with forecast assumptions and revenue targets; provide actionable insights to drive accountability and performance optimization
- Use Power BI to visualize and track KPIs across attractions and revenue streams.
- Develop dashboards and tools that support day-to-day performance tracking and monthly forecast updates.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint to communicate forecast assumptions, trends, and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.

Provide financial advice, support and consultation to the assigned departments to ensure the alignment with the set financial plans and policies. Develop financial reports and analysis to identify the financial impact and the financial performance in addition to supporting the decision-making process for assigned departments or business functions.
Accountabilities
- Lead the financial evaluation in the assigned departments’ projects through the set of the financial plan, development and review of the financial models, data and KPIs and the alignment with the concerned stakeholders.
- Act as the financial partner to the assigned departments through providing the support, financial knowledge, budget and forecasts and communicating the business requirements/needs of the assigned departments to the Finance division’s different departments to ensure interdepartmental alignment.

- Participate with the assigned departments in the development, update and documentation of the processes, procedures, SOPs…etc. through the collaboration with the concerned stakeholders to ensure standardization and the alignment with the financial requirements.
- Lead and participate in the automation of the financial analysis reports through the collaboration with the concerned departments as the IT division to ensure the efficiency, timely and accuracy of the financial reports and financial data.
