The opportunity

As part of Asteri's NPD & Sustainability team, you'll own the roadmap for specific categories, identify white-space opportunities, and steer the full lifecycle—ideation, development, testing, registration, launch, and in-market optimisation. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance, partner closely with suppliers, and champion both sustainability and regulatory excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead category strategy & innovation for your portfolio, translating consumer insights into commercially sound concepts.
  • Drive projects end-to-end: briefs, formulation direction, testing/clinical, claims, timelines, and post-launch reviews.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure best-in-class quality and on-time, on-cost delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Store teams to orchestrate standout launches and sustained category growth.
  • Own regulatory & sustainability leadership across your categories, including EU/UK registrations and all product testing (in-house and with clinical labs).
  • Represent NPD in leadership forums and guide junior team members when needed.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5+ years' experience in NPD with strong category management exposure.
  • A track record of successful launches and deep understanding of consumer trends, formulation and the regulatory landscape.
  • Strategic thinking, crisp communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Science, or related field.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
