The Role
The
Regional Head of Quality & Food Safety

- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability to scale B2B and B2C SaaS products with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong experience in KSA, the UAE, and wider MENA markets, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, and enterprise software.
- Track record of designing flexible products that can be scaled based on the use case of the customer (across industries, public vs. private sectors, geographies, etc.).
- Sharp commercial instincts with the ability to tie product decisions to revenue, retention, and market share.
