+ Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and refine scheduling processes and best practices for future projects.
+ Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project schedules, contractual requirements, and industry standards, while maintaining high-quality standards in all scheduling activities.
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles on road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects.
+ Proven expertise in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience in site supervision and construction management.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
