Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead a mission-critical migration program for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves end-to-end ownership of a large-scale migration from Oracle BPM to Camunda 8, requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and functional expertise. Your success will directly impact the program’s overall outcome.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Drive end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and dependencies effectively.
Oversee release cycles and ensure Agile practices are followed.
Monitor key Agile metrics (velocity, backlog, burndown) to optimize delivery.
Provide status reports and progress updates to client and internal leadership.
Functional & Delivery Oversight
Engage closely with client stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
Analyze current-state Oracle BPM processes and define the migration roadmap.
Create and prioritize user stories; ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support validation cycles and ensure delivery meets client expectations.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions and delivery updates.
Build strong relationships with business and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and decision-making forums.
Manage team allocation and coordinate onsite-offshore collaboration.
Requirements
15+ years of experience delivering projects of varied complexity (including Fixed Bid engagements).
Hands-on experience with BPM platforms; Camunda or Oracle BPM strongly preferred.
Strong command of Agile delivery practices and SDLC processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
