Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RGC Gym and Pilates facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure all gym, Pilates, and wellness areas are well-maintained and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams for equipment servicing, upgrades, and procurement.

2. Fitness & Wellness Programming

• Design, implement, and manage fitness classes, Pilates programs, and personal training sessions aligned with RGC's Health, Fitness & Wellness vision.
• Create diverse group exercise schedules tailored to members, elite golfers, visitors and ensuring maximum participation and inclusivity.
• Introduce rehabilitation and spa-integrated wellness services in partnership with healthcare professionals.

3. Member Engagement & Experience

• Provide personalized guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to help members achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Membership teams to promote fitness initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Collect member feedback and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

4. Staff Recruitment & Management

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors, Pilates trainers, and personal coaches.
• Develop performance plans, training modules, and evaluation systems to maintain exceptional service standards.

5. Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Drive initiatives to increase gym and Pilates utilization through memberships, wellness programs, and premium offerings.
• Develop pricing strategies and packages for personal training, group sessions, and wellness treatments based on RGC's revenue growth targets.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on usage trends, member retention, and financial performance.

6. Collaboration with Elite Golf & Sports Performance Programs

• Support the Saudi Golf Federation by integrating strength & conditioning programs tailored for elite golfers.
• Work closely with tournament organizers to prepare wellness services for high-performance athletes during major events.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

To execute the position of Fitness Trainer, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in physical education preferred and at least 2 years' experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven certificates.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Tennis and/or Padel Coach with recognized credentials (e.g. USTA, ITF, PPTA, or equivalent).
• Minimum
  2 years' experience
  coaching in luxury resorts, wellness retreats, or high-end sports facilities.
• Proven track record of leading private sessions and group classes for diverse skill levels.
• Strong understanding of physical conditioning, movement mechanics, and mental training in sport.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Additional certifications in

Purpose

Planning and conducting group exercise and personal training sessions in safe condition for the community residents attending the sports facility for recreational purpose.

Key Accountability Areas

Oversee and manage the gym facility and related equipment.

Assist the company staff members in correctly using gym equipment & in doing exercises.

Provide further instructions on members' workouts & how to manage and achieve set goals.

Provide diet plans & work out plans when requested.

Maintain and supervise the gym, and report any damage made to equipment or space.

Preserve the cleanliness of the gym and changing rooms.

Ensure equipment is running efficiently & report need for equipment maintenance.
