About the Role:
We are seeking a
Financial Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analyst:
- Collect financial and operational data related to company assets with accuracy and timeliness.
- Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure quality and consistency across all assets.
KPI development and performance analysis:
- Develop, track, and maintain asset-level KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, GOP margin, and EBITDA.
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Development, and other teams to ensure KPIs reflect business objectives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the asset portfolio and provide actionable insights.
Reporting and dashboard:
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor asset performance (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance packs for management review.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured format for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, FMVA, CMA.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the KSA region.
- Experience in asset performance analysis, ideally in hospitality or real estate, is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose
The Financial Data Migration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and validating the migration of financial data from legacy systems to new platforms (e.g., ERP systems). The role ensures data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration process, supporting smooth financial reporting and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Planning & Execution:
- Design, plan, and execute financial data migration strategies from legacy systems to new platforms (ERP, financial software, etc.).
- Map, extract, transform, and load (ETL) financial data, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and historical financial transactions.
- Define data structures and ensure alignment with accounting and reporting requirements.
- Perform trial migrations, reconcile migrated data, and resolve discrepancies.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data.
- Reconcile balances and financial reports before and after migration.
- Identify data quality issues and work with finance and IT teams to resolve them.
- Develop and document data validation and reconciliation procedures.
Collaboration & Support:
- Partner with finance, IT, and ERP implementation teams to ensure smooth migration.
- Provide training and guidance to finance users on data migration-related processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for migration-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Support post-migration audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, mapping, and reconciliations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in future migrations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during migration.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA) or ERP-related certification (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, SQL, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or equivalent).
Required Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in financial data migration, ERP implementation, or financial systems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large financial datasets with efficiency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines during system transitions.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data migration tools.
