**Role Summary**
The Cigna Group is looking for talented people with prior audit experience who are interested in being a part of The Cigna Group's rapidly evolving healthcare strategy. Audit Assignment:

Process Owner:

- Share action plan with the process owner his supervisor and the VP through conducting an observations validation meeting after developing the final audit report to present his findings and get approval on the action plan
- Develop controls assessment report to be submitted to the process owners which shows controls evaluation for each audited process
- Conduct meetings with process owner to review processes in order to identify controls document the process and then conduct a meeting with the process owners supervisor to rereview process in order to validate and update the audit software with controls
- Ensure resolution through followingup with process owners to ensure that corrective action has been taken and provide the necessary guidance
Consultation:
- Act as a consultant of policies and procedures by providing guidance to those who develop new policies and procedures by reviewing them and providing his insights on how to add controls and eliminate or minimize risk

Principal AccountabilitiesKey activities and decision making areas
- Providing support and direction on FC Compliance for all HBSA business lines, particularly relating to KYC and Customer Due Diligence requests.
- Reviewing any new/amended material laws, rules and regulations and HBSA policies, assess their applicability to the business areas and guide the business accordingly, ensuring all appropriate processes and procedures are amended to comply.
- Communicate with CMA and other regulatory authorities, and resolve queries or issues raised by them, if required.

- Manage Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) referrals in line with Name Screening and investigative reporting instructions.
- Manage the SAS Transactions monitoring system alerts and discount low-medium risk issues with rationale justifications as a Level 1 action.
- Escalate all high risk alerts/issues to the line manager (Level 2) for decision taking.
- Provide back-up coverage for leave and vacation as needed.
