المسؤوليات- تطوير فرص المبيعات : البحث عن عملاء جدد وإقامة علاقات عمل ممتازة معهم.
- عرض المشاريع : تقديم وعرض المشاريع العقارية والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة (تصميم داخلي، إنشاءات، إلخ) على العملاء المحتملين.
- إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء : فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لهم لضمان رضاهم.
- إتمام الصفقات : التفاوض وإعداد عقود البيع، وضمان إتمام الصفقات بنجاح.
- تحديث البيانات : تحديث بيانات العملاء والصفقات بشكل دوري في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- تحقيق الأهداف : العمل على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة من قبل الإدارة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع العقارات أو الإنشاءات.
- رخصة سارية المفعول كمُسوق عقاري صادرة من الهيئة العامة للعقار.
