Role Purpose :

To drive sales growth and market execution in the assigned territory by managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring product visibility and availability across pharmacy and retail channels in the Central Region – Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Market Execution

  • Sell company products to existing and new customers within the assigned territory or accounts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, volume, and distribution KPIs
  • Implement promotional plans and product launches at store level
  • Ensure product visibility, correct pricing, merchandising, and stock availability

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts (retail chains, pharmacies, etc.)
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies
  • Monitor account performance and propose improvement actions
  • Conduct daily market visits to assess customer satisfaction and competitor activity
  • Execute trade marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
  • Deliver product training and business reviews to key accounts

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data, visit reports, and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in KSA, preferably in Riyadh (Central Region)
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmacy Channel and retail outlets
  • Familiar with retail and B2B business models
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent execution at the point of sale
  • Growth-driven and results-oriented
  • Fluent in English ; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if needed)
  • Strong understanding of consumer health market in KSA
  • Familiarity with sports nutrition is a plus

Bayut in Saudi is an integral part of the Dubizzle Group and is now looking to hire an experienced Sales Consultant, who will be required to conduct daily calls and meetings in market and is responsible for adopting a consultative approach to the clients to assist them in making informed decisions that will leverage their business needs to drive exceptional results.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from Lead Generation to initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits
  • Work with customers to educate them on how to align their business goals to sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth and sustainability
  • Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and create relevant campaigns that maximize their returns
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations
  • Prospect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests
  • Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs
  • Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) and market intelligence
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity


Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Experience

  • Experience with Sales in the internet advertising industry
  • Basic understanding of how to operate on CRM
  • Strong understanding of the industry trends, and the competitive landscape

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over video conference or in-person to prospects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the client's agenda, structure their needs, and propose the appropriate solution
  • Analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and grow in a team environment
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well with a team

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting team targets, forecasting revenue and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. This will include intensive daily reviews with the team, scheduling meetings with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team are well equipped to do their jobs well. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coach team members on sales technique, product, upsell and cross-sell
  • Plan and direct sales team training on CRM
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters - for new business)
  • Achieve the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts
  • Generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Monitor budgets and track the progress
  • Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets
  • Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews
  • Source feedback to marketing, operations, and tech team for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concerns
  • Collect customer feedback and market research and channelise it internally for effective measures and follow-ups
  • Verification of agency data/ numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management and allocate new agencies to the existing team
  • Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area
  • Perform regular field visits


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field
  • 8 years of sales experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Route to Market understanding, and 3 years in managing a sales team
  • Valid KSA license required Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Strong Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management Skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong Decision-making skills
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels, using both written and verbal communication.
