**Subfamily Description**
The “Field Marketing Lead” will be part of the MEA MN RBC Technology and Solutions and will be establishing and executing the marketing strategy to support order intake goals, market awareness, and thought leadership across Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the MN Marketing organization.
**Leadership Mission**
- Define tactical marketing programs and marketing mix across key sales segments including major service providers, key Saudi business enterprises, and other middle east activities.
- Design and manage all field marketing programs in support of the MN organization with the aim of growing the regional opportunities.
- Collaborate with MN and business group marketing teams to ensure regional MN requirements are integrated into and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive strategic and tactical internal and external communications activities in support of broad Nokia and MN market priorities, ensuring message coherence across all channels.
- Collaborate with a team of marketing and communications professionals, including coordination with external agencies as needed.
**Main responsibilities**
- Act as a strategic marketing partner and advisor to MN market leadership team.
- Work closely with customer teams to identify and execute the most effective marketing activities.
- Ensure alignment with Nokia's global marketing strategy in terms of messaging, branding, and market approaches.
- Develop and execute PR strategy for assigned territories to enhance thought leadership and brand awareness, in alignment with corporate communications.
- Be responsible for marketing and communication KPIs and objectives.
- Lead and direct internal communication activities to boost employee engagement.
- Take responsibility for market-focused messaging, internal messages, and functional communication plans at the market level.
- At least six years of directly relevant experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in Arabic and business-level English.
- Deep experience in marketing for business-to-business technology companies, with mandatory experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proven track record in creating marketing programs to accelerate revenue growth.
- High degree of professionalism, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in collaboration with diverse teams and fostering a trusted work environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, communications, customer meetings and event management.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Field Specialist for( Saudi Arabia ) is responsible for executing localized marketing strategies that support Trend Micro’s business growth in the region. This role collaborates closely with the Saudi Country Director and regional marketing teams to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns, strategic events, and tailored marketing programs. A key element of the role involves supporting Arabic communications and strategic account initiatives.

- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through a mix of field events, webinars, digital programs, and targeted ABM activities.

- Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of achieving results through alignment of cross-functional and multi-divisional activities in a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organization, planning and implementation skills for multiple deadline driven activities.
- Channel marketing experience and mindset essential.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.

How you will contribute: This role reports to the Senior Director, International Field and Partner Marketing, but has a strong dotted line into the sales leadership team.The Senior Marketing Manager, (an Individual Contributor) Middle East, is a critical role which functions as a tightly aligned strategic member of the Ciena field and partner sales team. The role has responsibility for developing and executing the regional strategic marketing plan to drive brand awareness and support revenue growth within the region. This person will work closely with the sales team, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve regional business objectives.This person has direct responsibility for the creation and execution of the marketing plan, which includes but is not limited to, developing regional programs and campaigns, supporting industry and Ciena hosted events, and engaging with our regional resellers and Carrier Managed Service partners to develop joint go to market programs. All with a close eye on ensuring strong ROI and supporting sales in achieving their strategic goals. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ME region, aligned with Ciena's global marketing strategy and regional business goals.
- Conduct market analysis, identify key target audiences, and understand the competitive landscape within the ME region.
- Develop and manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing program effectiveness.
- Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts within the ME region.
- Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement and revenue within these accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to personalize messaging and tailor marketing activities to individual account needs.
