What You'll Do
- Execute marketing program to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand, influence existing pipeline and drive adoption.
- Responsible for supporting in the delivery of the marketing demand generation and revenue objectives as defined within a specific sales area-based territory for the current year's Go-To-Market plan and priorities.
- Responsible for supporting demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of account-based marketing data-driven marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, and more.
- Data and Performance Management
- Document campaign execution and lead management activities in the system of records, including CRM, reports, dashboards and scorecards. Develop a basic understanding for how these systems work and how they can be used to analyze performance

The Senior Marketing Manager, (an Individual Contributor) Middle East, is a critical role which functions as a tightly aligned strategic member of the Ciena field and partner sales team. The role has responsibility for developing and executing the regional strategic marketing plan to drive brand awareness and support revenue growth within the region.
