Have 2 years of experience after obtaining a master's degree.
Work with the primary healthcare team to provide patients with primary medical care services within the standards of care for Internal Medicine patients.
Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose patient conditions and propose treatment options.
Prescribe pharmaceuticals, medications, and treatment regimens to treat diagnosed medical conditions.
Discuss potential side effects of medications and treatments with patients, ensuring allergy information is current before prescribing.
