• Support the supervisor in stock takes and cycle counts to maintain overall stock control.
• Perform all other warehouse operational tasks as assigned by the Storekeeper / Supervisor.
• Offload shipments, physically check and report any discrepancies; store items appropriately according to reference numbers, brand names, etc.
• Carry out pre-retailing activities such as pricing, tagging, and barcoding as per brand guidelines.
• Pick and pack stock based on pick lists or handheld scanners for dispatch to customers and retail outlets.
• Maintain HSE practices to minimize damage to property and injury to self and colleagues; proactively remind colleagues to follow HSE processes.

المهام:

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك مدراء المشاريع، الاستشاريين، والمطورين العقاريين.
• متابعة المناقصات والمشاريع الجديدة من مراحل التصميم حتى التنفيذ.
• إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع، وضمان التفاوض الفعّال لعقود البيع.
• قيادة فريق المبيعات وتحديد الأهداف الفردية والجماعية، وتقديم التدريب والتوجيه اللازم لهم.
• تنسيق العمل مع الأقسام الأخرى (التسويق، التخطيط، الخدمات اللوجستية) لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد.
• مراقبة أداء السوق، وتحليل المنافسة، واقتراح استراتيجيات تحسين.
• إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة حول أداء المبيعات، التنبؤات، والفرص المستقبلية.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل من لديه شهادة مهنية إضافية مثل MBA.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، منها 2-3 سنوات في مبيعات المشاريع.
• معرفة قوية بسوق المشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو المنطقة المجاورة.
• مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
• قدرة عالية على القيادة وتحفيز فرق العمل.
• إجادة استخدام برامج CRM وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting major B2B projects (contractors, engineering consultants, and government authorities).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, and real estate developers.
• Follow up on tenders and new projects from the design phase through to execution.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for projects, ensuring effective negotiation and closure of sales contracts.
• Lead the sales team by setting individual and team objectives and providing ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, planning, logistics) to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the projects market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the surrounding region.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and drive sales teams.

Job Description

Based at Hayy Jameel in Jeddah, the Design and Production Assistant will support the Design and Production Manager in the delivery of exhibitions, installations, commissions, and spatial design projects across Art Jameel’s multidisciplinary spaces. This role requires technical proficiency in spatial design software, strong organisational capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.

The role includes responsibilities ranging from technical drawing and 3D modelling to project administration and on-site coordination. It is particularly well-suited to early-career professionals with a background in architecture, interior, or product design who are passionate about cultural production and exhibition-making.

The Design and Production Assistant will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including teams from Exhibitions, Learning, Operations, and Communications, as well as with external fabricators, artists, and contractors. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during installations or project deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

Technical Support

● Prepare architectural drawings, technical specifications, and layout plans using AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
● Assist in developing presentation visuals and exhibition documentation using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
● Support in generating 3D models, fabrication references, and basic renders for internal and external review.

Project Coordination

● Track production schedules, contractor timelines, and deliverables.
● Assist in maintaining documentation such as production trackers, work schedules, and site reports.
● Liaise with external suppliers and coordinate material research and procurement when needed.

Administrative Support

● Assist in maintaining archives of drawings, contracts, and approvals.

On-site and Installation

● Participate in install and deinstall phases across exhibitions and projects, ensuring proper documentation and execution.
● Support artists, curators, and contractors on site during fit-out and installation phases.
● Assist in reviewing and coordinating on-site works such as furniture assembly, layout adjustments, and display integration.

Communication and Liaison

● Liaise with contractors and vendors to support project coordination, procurement, and permit-related documentation.
● Support internal communication between departments and assist in meeting preparations and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related design discipline.
● 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
