This role focuses on assisting customers in onboarding, resolving setup challenges, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in expense management, corporate finance, or fintech , with strong operational and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide businesses through Hala Control onboarding, ensuring they successfully set up their expense management system.
- Assist customers in linking their corporate accounts, uploading necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Work closely with the compliance team to validate business KYC and documentation.
- Support customers in setting up spend controls, team budgets, and card issuance.
- Ensure seamless integration with Hala payments, accounting tools, and business finance workflows.
- Maintain a feedback loop with the product and tech teams to address common onboarding challenges and improve the user experience.
- Update customer onboarding status, issues, and feedback in the CRM system.

- Upload all relevant project cost and expenses data in the designated project management software with clear schedules of when the expenses are likely to be incurred.
- Create a process of information flow with respect to each expense head (such as material, manpower, AMMO, PMT etc.).
- Monitor cost performance and generate variance / exception reports as and when required. Present the same to Project manager and obtain approval to distribute further as per distribution matrix.
- Be responsible for assessing potential Change Management (Internal / Customer / Supplier). Coordinate with the project stake holders on the same.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- PMP Certificate
- Earned Value Management exposure - required
- Minimum 9-12 years of experience preferable in the Shipbuilding/Ship Maintenance industry
