  • Collaborate with hiring executives and stakeholders to define role requirements, search strategies, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct market mapping, candidate sourcing, and targeted outreach using a variety of tools and platforms.
  • Evaluate candidate fit through resume screening, interviews, and behavioral assessments.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Draft compelling candidate profiles, reports, and progress updates for client and leadership review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in tracking systems (e.g., ATS, CRM).
  • Support onboarding and transition planning for executive-level hires.
  • Stay informed on industry talent trends, market dynamics, and executive compensation benchmarks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment, executive search, or senior-level talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading searches for director-level and above positions.
  • Strong ability to evaluate leadership competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and client service orientation.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
