Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Brand Management
    Define and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with Ibtdara’s business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, client engagement).
    Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Social Media & Content
    Manage Ibtdara’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
    Plan and create content — posts, articles, infographics, video scripts, thought leadership pieces, etc.
    Engage communities, respond to comments, messages, and foster relationships.
    Monitor analytics, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and iterate.
    Research and shortlist relevant industry events, conferences, expos, and summits.
    Reach out to organizers to secure exhibition space or speaking slots for Ibtdara leadership.
    Identify podcast hosts and media platforms; pitch collaboration ideas, guest appearances, or series participation.
    Coordinate logistics, content, and speaker support for events/podcasts.
    Recruit, onboard, and mentor marketing team members (content writers, designers, campaign specialists).
    Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, workflows, and processes.
    Provide strategic direction, feedback, and oversight to ensure high-quality output.
  • Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
    Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social ads).
    Collaborate with operations, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business operations.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and audience behaviors.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth roles.
Proven track record managing social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Experience securing speaking slots, podcast appearances, and partnering with events.
