One of our clients, is seeking a motivated and organized Saudi candidate to join our team as a
Administrative Executive
. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, low-pressure administrative position, supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
- Handle basic email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
- Other light administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a
Saudi
(Saudization requirement). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
