HUED is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Events Studio. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including printing, logistics, production, venue planning, light and sound and visual design
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and develop event concepts that align with their vision.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, ensuring the best quality and value for event services.
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are in place and the venue is left in pristine condition.
- Provide on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event.
- Solve problems that may occur during events.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing large-scale events.
- Strong knowledge of events industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing printing, logistics, production, venue planning, light and sound setup
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges during events.
- Valid Saudi Driving license
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
