The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Event & Engagement Coordinator to join our team and lead the planning and execution of strategic events that engage key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), patient groups (PAGs), and healthcare organizations (HCOs). In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful engagements across various formats — from congresses to advisory boards and speaker programs.
The Opportunity
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across therapeutic areas
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (Engagement Owners) to define needs and deliver high-impact events
- Manage internal system inputs and workflows ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Liaise with finance, legal, and procurement for contracts, payments, and vendor coordination
- Track budgets, process payments, and ensure financial transparency and reporting
- Oversee compliance processes, ensuring alignment with Roche SOPs, industry codes, and local regulations
- Support vendor selection and performance management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and delivery excellence
- Provide real-time support during events to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead post-event evaluations and reporting to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in event or business operations, ideally in healthcare or pharma
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement compliance and familiarity with healthcare codes
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support
