Description:
Position requires a skilled evaluator with the ability to perform Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level in-depth inspection on MH-60R helicopters, which includes surface, structural, fuel cell, and major component inspections.
Essential Responsibilities:
- 10 years current or previous experience evaluating major military aircraft inspections and or repairs to include but not limited to:
- Evaluation of aircraft items: airframe, power plant, accessories, equipment, and equipage under specified conditions to verify functional conformance to predetermined requirements IAW applicable directives.
- Evaluation of aircraft conditions to determine action required and provided aircraft condition evaluation reports.
- Ability to summarize, plan and estimate timeline, cost and manpower required to complete inspection/repair actions.
Responsible for completion and maintenance of applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
- Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and/or other personnel to include maintaining appropriate records on personnel such as Readiness Insight, ASMi, or an ASMi substitute.
- Assist in shop safety as well as safety in the hangar and on the flight line.
- Accept accountability of property for the Power Plant Shop.
- Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the associated work area. Perform cleaning, preservation, and operational maintenance work on assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Operate motor vehicles, machines, and other mechanical equipment in the performance of assigned duties.
- Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Verifiable experience maintaining aircraft.

Must be able to pass a background check, which could include a criminal history and credit check for access to Government facilities. May be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
