Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering (MEP, Civil, or Industrial)
or equivalent. - 10+ years
of experience in FM/O&M estimation, including
7+ years in Saudi Arabia or GCC. - Proven success in bidding for large-scale or giga projects in diverse sectors.
- Strong knowledge of
Saudi FM market
, labor regulations (Saudization), and cost benchmarks. - Proficiency in
CAFM, BMS, and CMMS
systems.

the original contract works and monitors all variations to contract on "as we proceed" basis during the pre-tender stages.
