**Basic Salary 3000 SR + FAT**
**Shall have a Diploma/ or any technical degree related to Automobiles is preferred.**
**Having similar experience more than 5 years preferable.**
**Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles and equipment like Super sucker/ Dump truck/Busses/ Cars and Pick Ups/Hydro jetting Machine/ Forklift/ Compressor etc**
**Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.**
**Excellent in handling various tools related to Vehicles and heavy equipment. Schedule the Preventive maintenance of the Vehicles and Equipments**
**Keeping the record of each equipment and vehicle about the past history and the future actions to be taken to long run the vehicles.**
**Close communication with the procurement for the spare and consumable delivery**
**Follow up with the operation to release the project vehicle or equipment for the maintenance (PM)**
**Routine inspection of the vehicle for knowing any abnormality**
**Daily coordination with the Operators and drivers to know the condition of the vehicle and equipment’s.**
**Frequently visiting the site ( Project ) to audit the equipment condition and safety**
**Preparing the training material and organizing the seminar for the drivers and the operator on best use of equipment or vehicle**
**Maintaining all the record of the vehicle/ Equipment ( Istemara, TUV Certificate/ Insurance etc)**
**Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues.**
**Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.**
**Close coordination and cooperation with Management. ( Operation/Procurement)**
**Close follow up of all safe work practice to execute the maintenance job.**
**Ensure timely work execution with utmost safety and quality performance as per schedule.**
**Keep log of consumable and spare parts related to Vehicles and equipment.**
**Conducting routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity**
**Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.**
**Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.**
**Shall have the ability to generate the good report weekly and monthly basis. ( Shall have good experience working in computer system and expert in MS office)**
**Shall prepare the PM Schedule for all equipment and vehicle.**
**Good reflex in troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.**
**Shall have good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.**
**Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, fluid leaks, etc.**
**Shall know how to run diagnostics on Vehicle and Equipment, understand the issues, and shall fix clearly and concisely.**
**Working Days: 6 days a week.**

We are looking for End of Line Technicians for our General Assembly team in KAEC, KSA. Expertise is needed to help us drive daily reduction of electrical concerns. You will work to improve plant FTT (first time through) and maintain/supervise electrical test equipment, including end-of line, tire pressure monitoring systems, flashing stations etc.**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate feedback from test systems to shopfloor team to improve quality & FTT metrics.
- Ensure the team is addressing and incorporating top internal and external indicators.
- Provide test system results to General Assembly Functions and Production.
- Chart EOL first run issues.
- Train electrical repair and inspection personnel on current mode and all new model introduction changes.
- Assist repair personnel with difficult-to-diagnose vehicles to support the availability of latest diagnostic equipment.
- Supervise and support first run issues at all EOL testing and MES control points.

The Patriot Environmental Control Unit (ECU) & Generator Test & Repair Technician is a crucial role supporting the sustainment of Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) systems through expert testing, maintenance, and repair of power generators and Environmental Control Units (ECUs). The technician is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, isolating, and repairing faults to ensure these systems operate efficiently and reliably. This includes refurbishing generators and ECUs, conducting overhauls in compliance with operational standards, and ensuring all equipment meets performance requirements.
Using advanced testing and measuring equipment, as well as military and commercial multi-purpose tools, the technician performs diagnostic and repair tasks with precision. Charts and technical drawings are regularly utilized to guide maintenance and repair efforts, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications. In addition to these core responsibilities, the technician contributes to on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives, sharing expertise and supporting the professional growth of team members. Other related tasks within the field are also performed as required, further reinforcing the operational readiness of RSADF systems.
What You Will Do
- Test, maintain and repair Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) power generators and Environmental Control Units (ECUs).
- Identify, troubleshoot, isolate, and repair faults as required.
- Refurbish generators and ECs for the equipment and ensure overhaul is per operating standards.
- Read charts and technical drawings.
- Use testing and measuring equipment and devices and military and commercial multi-purpose tools.
- Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) when needed
- Perform other required work in the same field.
- Associate degree in Electrical Machines or Cooling or Engines from an accredited foreign or local college or institute.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
