Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Transportation & Equipment Manager to oversee our fleet, transportation logistics, and equipment operations across various sites in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure all vehicles, equipment, and drivers comply with Saudi transport regulations and internal safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Operations
• Plan and manage daily transportation and logistics activities across project locations.
• Supervise vehicle dispatching, routing, tracking, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) and Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations.
• Oversee driver performance, safety, training, and licensing (including Iqama, SPL, and heavy vehicle licenses).
• Monitor fuel consumption and fleet utilization to reduce operational costs.
Equipment Management
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle of equipment (e.g., heavy machinery, trucks, support vehicles).
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for parts, maintenance contracts, and technical support.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for equipment, including Istimara (vehicle registration), insurance, and permits.
Compliance & Safety
• Implement and enforce transportation and equipment safety procedures per Saudi labor laws and HSE standards.
• Ensure timely vehicle inspections, insurance renewals, and accident investigations.
• Prepare and present reports on fleet condition, equipment usage, and incident tracking.
Administrative & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of equipment status, maintenance logs, and transportation schedules.
• Prepare monthly reports on costs, downtime, asset utilization, and KPIs.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and cost control initiatives related to fleet and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or equipment management in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic laws, transportation permits, and equipment regulations.
• Experience in managing fleets including heavy equipment, buses, trailers, and support vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems (e.g., GPS, ERP).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid Saudi Driving License (Heavy vehicle license is a plus).
Preferred Experience:
• Worked with government contracts or mega-projects (NEOM, Aramco, etc.).
• Knowledge of MOMRAH (Municipal and Rural Affairs), TGA, and SFDA transport standards.
• Experience in construction, logistics, or oil & gas sectors.

Overview:

· Attend all first team fixtures ensuring that the requirements of both the players and staff are catered for. Co-ordinate and organize the Kit & Equipment for matches as required.
· Attend all first team training sessions ensuring Management, staff, players and trialists are provided with training kit as required for daily sessions.
·Liaise with club staff and suppliers regarding placing orders, design, production, and deliveries.
·Use an online stock system to ensure an accurate record of all kit and equipment is always maintained, ensuring accurate kit allocations are made to each player and staff.
· Work with the Women's team secretary to ensure correct match kit choices are submitted to the league for approval and ensure kit related rules/regulations of the competition. Are observed and carried out.
· Ensure all training equipment is cleaned and maintained and prepared for training sessions as required.
· Assist with setting up the equipment for all training sessions
· Ensure safe transportation of all garments between training and laundry facilities.
· Ordering and handling deliveries of water.
· Planning and arranging the logistic arrangements for equipment on pre-season tours.
