What You'll Be Doing:
- Design Management over a number of different sized projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
- The Design Manager is responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives.
- Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
- Typical projects range from 30 million to 1Billion USD in total installed cost.
What Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) is required and typically 8+ years of Related Experience.
- Professional registration is required.
- Must be confident in resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team.
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills.
