• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, chemical or environmental engineering or related field of study
• Experience serving as an environmental technical resource, program specialist, or program manager
• Experience with regulatory assessments, construction notifications, environmental permitting, environmental incident reporting, wastewater discharge requirements, waste management and reporting requirements. Broad knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s federal and provincial environmental regulations and standards
• Experience leading change in multiple site environments and the ability to influence those that are not direct reports or within your organization
• Fluent in Arabic, written and spoken
• Experience successfully implementing environmental systems
• Organizational and project management skills
