ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Legal Manager to support the Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs. The role involves providing legal support on regulatory, government affairs, foreign investment, litigation, and compliance projects. This includes advising on regulatory issues related to corporate and financial transactions. A basic understanding of the Saudi regulatory framework is required, along with the ability to learn new areas of law, handle multiple complex matters, and work with multi-jurisdictional teams comprising internal and external counsel.
