Key job responsibilities
The Regional Environmental Engineer (REE) will be responsible for environmental compliance at Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. What will you be doing?
The Environmental Advisor develops and implements processes, procedures, work methods and initiatives in support of Subsea7's overall environmental strategies.
The Environmental Advisor is responsible for the direct management of Project HSE (specific to the Environmental aspects) delivery. Functionally reporting to the Middle East Business Unit HSSE Manager and to the Project HSSE Manager (and Project Managers) when allocated to Projects.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project HSE position with strong knowledge in HSE Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Project HSE Management, Risk Assessment Principles, Incident Investigation (E.g. TapRoot), Emergency Response Management, Behaviour Based Safety, Environmental Risk Management and all other HSE Subject Matters.
- Ideally possesses professional qualification(s) – Minimum NEBOSH Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in the subsea or offshore environment, with considerable experience in one of the HSE disciplines
- Experience in Managing Project's within Middle East or similar Project profile (I.e. Saudi Aramco).
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record within Project HSE delivery.
- Candidate shall provide previous Client approvals, if available.
- Candidate shall be made aware that they are subject to interview and assessment by Client representatives.
- Candidate shall provide evidence that they are no longer engaged from their previous Project assignment (E.g. Demobilization Clearance from Saudi Aramco). Note: This requirement is specific to candidate with Saudi Aramco experience).

Parsons is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team on a major airfield development project. This role will support environmental compliance, impact mitigation, and sustainability initiatives across the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in environmental engineering, with strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, monitoring, and reporting—ideally within large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee implementation of the project's Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in accordance with local and international standards.
- Monitor air, water, soil, and noise quality on-site, ensuring compliance with environmental thresholds and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with environmental authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure all permits and reporting requirements are met.
- Support the development and review of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), and Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP).
