Job Purpose:
Oversee all corporate legal and governance matters, serving as the primary advisor to the Board of Directors and management on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues. Ensure full compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) disclosure requirements, corporate governance regulations, and all applicable laws. Act as the custodian of the company's legal framework, internally and externally, while managing conflict of interest declarations, disclosures, and regulatory notifications.
Key Responsibilities:
