Job Description
We are hiring for a
Director of Entertainment
who will be responsible for leading the creative vision, development, and seamless execution of all entertainment programming across the property. This role curates immersive experiences that bring the Faena philosophy to life—merging art, culture, performance, and emotion to inspire guests and elevate the resort's identity. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment strategy that aligns with Faena's brand narrative, guest demographics, and market positioning.
• Conceptualize and curate signature events, live performances, and cultural activations that define the Faena experience.

Programming & Operations
