You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting leads via outbound activities, qualifying opportunities, delivering product demos, converting deals to paying clients to handing over your deals to our implementation and customer success teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy targeting industry leading companies that could benefit from Lean's open banking solutions
- Generating new revenue growth in KSA by selling existing and future Lean products to enterprise clients.
- Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close and handover to Integration and Customer Success teams.
- Develop relationships with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Technical, Product, and Finance).
- Respond to RFP/RFQ's and other information requests in an effort to secure a sale.
- Be the voice of the client in internal product discussions, and influence future product features and developments.
- Measure and report on success metrics to define sales best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a B2B enterprise sales role
- Experience of navigating long and complex sales cycles
- Previous experience selling to enterprise companies in the public sector and/or banks
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving individual targets and revenue goals.
- Have outstanding relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about technology and fintech.
- A structured sales approach and experience using a CRM tool.
- Proven sales methodology and the ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Strong English language skills is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling software / SaaS/ web services into large Enterprise accounts.
- Extensive experience in engaging and selling solutions for Government, and enterprise customers

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Support the management of key accounts across hospitality and external sectors. Develop a solid understanding of client needs and contribute to offering tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Business Development Support: Identifying, sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality and non-hospitality sectors in KSA and the MENA region. Participate in outreach efforts, networking, and client onboarding activities as required by the Associate Director.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets by supporting the sourcing, on-boarding, negotiation process and client interactions. Help ensure services and products are delivered in line with client expectations and Red Sea Trading & Logistic Co objectives.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with logistics, sourcing/purchasing, operations, and RSG support divisions to ensure smooth service execution and problem resolution for key clients.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Help implement customer retention initiatives, including regular feedback programs and proactive follow-ups. Assist in identifying and addressing client concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across KSA and the MENA region. Provide feedback and insights to the Associate Director for strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Support in gathering data and preparing sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for senior leadership. Assist in tracking sales pipeline health and key performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong background in hospitality, logistics, or sales, purchasing
- Familiarity with business development, sourcing, and logistics operations in KSA and the MENA region.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do At CYBLE:- Constantly generate pipeline using your connections with senior leaders, new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, tradeshows, and top-tier channel partners (VAR, SI & MSSP).
- Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organizations.
- Craft high-level relationships within the accounts to win incremental product and services business.
- Ensure sales plans/account plans are in place for the key target accounts.
- Prospect aggressively to develop new business partners through networking, referrals, company lead generation, and cold calling.
- Meet quarterly sales targets and objectives by identifying and closing profitable new business opportunities for Cyble SaaS Platform within allocated targets and/or existing client accounts and sectors.
- 7+ years of experience evangelizing enterprise technology, with a particular focus on SaaS or disruptive cybersecurity technologies.
- 100% professional and highly motivated with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- A consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments through direct sales.
- Maniacal focus on excellence in pipeline generation & opportunity progression, including meticulous planning and preparation.
- Strong, effective presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written (in person, on the phone, e-meetings, and via email).
