PSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of our enterprise architecture across multiple locations, including Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . The Enterprise Architecture Specialist will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct architectural assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement solutions that align with the overall enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organisation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT governance processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or equivalent are preferred. Knowledge and certification in ArchiMate is also desirable.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, IT planning, or digital transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of NORA (National Enterprise Architecture Framework) in Saudi Arabia, including its layers, principles, and implementation methodology.
- Experience in designing or contributing to target architecture, business capability models, application portfolios, and technology roadmaps.
- Preferable to have working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools, especially iServer, or similar tools such as Sparx EA, MEGA, Bizzdesign, or ARIS.
- Ability to assess current state architecture and propose improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong documentation and visualization skills, with the ability to create architecture diagrams, heat maps, and transition plans.
- Good understanding of how emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, big data) align with enterprise architecture.
